Our Local Fish Farm

We purchased the fish farm in 2017 and since then have been passionate about offering fresh, local fish products that your family can trust. Seeing families and friends from the Chippewa Valley gather at our Menomonie, WI family-run farm makes us smile. The farm has little to no cellphone reception, so it’s the ideal place to disconnect from technology and build special moments with loved ones. 

How We Raise Our Trout

Our rainbow trout is not only delicious and healthy, but also raised humanely in clean flowing water we extract from the ground. All water is soaked back into the ground at the same rate we extract it, making it a neutral resource we can feel good about sustaining and protecting, while not interrupting any nearby lakes, rivers, or streams. Our trout is fed the high-quality protein it needs to thrive.
