We also welcome shoppers at the farm during the summer months (May through September) or at farmers markets year-round — we encourage pre-orders for winter markets.

Come Trout Fishing & Grab a Bite

We are a working farm and offer a unique trout fishing and dining experience where you can eat the fish you just caught! Come join us May through September every Saturday & Sunday 12pm-6pm for some outdoors Chippewa Valley trout fishing fun. Keep what you catch! 

Once you’ve caught your rainbow trout, have it cooked into a Hobo Trout Dinner! We’ll grill your just-caught trout to perfection in our outdoor kitchen with our signature Hobo Fish Spice and serve along delicious sides. Want to skip the fishing and just come for dinner? Enjoy our farm’s trout, caught fresh every day and prepared in tacos, sandwiches, and more. Our eatery closes up after Labor Day, so visit soon.
